Reverses a previously executed transaction. Each reverse attempt is uniquely identified by the originally executed transaction’s transaction id. Additional information for the reversal can be added via the misc parameter in the form of a key-value pair.
A reversal cannot be made on a partial amount. Also, a successful reversal cannot be reversed again.
